My Year in Photos – February 2nd – “Worst. Bargain. EVER!”
You regularly hear about crappy savings these days – reductions of a few pence, multi-buy discounts that you don’t really need, and stuff like that. Heck, when I worked at Sainsburys as a student we had some corkers that involved reward points on discounted items. But this “offer” really take the biscuit. We spotted it whilst going round Tesco in Reading this afternoon.
The only thing worse would be if it cost MORE than £2, ha ha!
My Year in Photos – January 2nd – “Holiday confusion”
Despite the fact that the car park is still full of random piles of snow and ice, and this aisle also houses the left-over chocolate and goodies from the Christmas stock, this was the sight I was greeted with in Tesco Reading today: Easter eggs. On the 2nd of January!
The worst part is, these were actually out in the week before New Year. I wonder if some of this choc will even be within it’s eat-by date in April?!
